This month as sure flew by. Just a week left and I am sure you will make this. Will miss all the pics and write-ups when the challenge is over.

These Challenges are addictive. I think it is a perfect way to "test" a tool in real life, unlike some of the reviews we see in the media based on a day or two's feel.

I think I will go for the MUT Challenge badge next, seeing that I will have two Signal badges!!! I will miss the Signal for daily duties. It has become one of my favourites.

Pete

Glad to hear that you like it so much :tu: Can't wait to see the next challenge either :like:

Day 25

I was packing the bike for an adventure ride tomorrow in one of our State Forests. Signal was happily keeping watch.

Cheers,

Pete

Day 26

Today was a good day out on the bike. I joined the Sydney Adventure Riders group for a ride in the Orimba State Forest. The dirt section was about 125kms and very slippery - rain drizzle and fog!!! What an adventure!!!. I have mostly road tires on the GS and it was hunting for grip. A few of the other riders had a argument with gravity which won each time. I took it slow and came home unscathed. A more aggressive knobby tire is definitely the way to go on these roads. Especially in the wet. Normal tires just clog up and that is NO fun. And that is man handling a bike that weighs 265kg.

At home some cooking duties - sausages for dinner.

Cheers from a tired (good) rider  ;)

Day 27

It took most of today to get the bike clean. She is now very shiny and ready for another adventure!!!

In the meantime I will be relaxing with a snack and a book I got from a mate.

Cheers

Enjoy the holiday Poncho, bring some pics back...

Day 28

Got to use the pliers in the garden today. No pic as the camera battery was flat. I do like the pliers.

3 more days...

Cutting duct tape and string in the garage. Love the blade for more aggressive cutting.

Day 30

I got a parcel from a fellow Inmate today. Used the Signal to destroy the Ducktape and then posed with the new Brother.

Welcome little Brother, there are great things installed for your future.

Cheers,

Pete

They multiply :ahhh

What are your plans for this one?
It wouldn't be the internet without people complaining.

They multiply

Yip, to much time in the dark and this happens  ;)

What are your plans for this one?

One will stay stock. I don't mind the stock layout, even the blade. The other one will become a bit of a play tool. I want to see if the Wave scissors will fit properly, but that means that I may have to file the metal tabs back that stops the bit adaptor from "falling" through. I also like the small bit driver mod that ps_strunk did, but with limited space I will carefully decide which tools I want inside.

Cheers,

Pete

Day 31

Last day of the Challenge and a posing pic only.

This month was much quieter than the first one I did. The Signal did not disappoint at all. I changed the saw over for a file, but needed a saw during this challenge. Now that I have another Signal I can play a little with the one and change some tools around. The stock one is OK for a lot of my EDC needs, especially if you carry a SAK too.

A good month and it is good to see more Signal users!!!

Cheers,

Pete

Cheers Mate

The modding should start in the next week or two. I have a few days off next week but will be on the motorbike for most of them!!! Maybe after dinner the modding tools will come out.

When are you getting your Signal?

Pete
