Black Diamond - excellent customer service

I'm not sure if the feedback section is for individuals or also companies - i see a few posts re companies so I'll throw this in there.

Few months back i bought a black diamond light, one of the main reasons was the IP rating. Anyway, it failed on that, i contacted BD support and they replaced the light, no hassles, no quibble, no messing. So, kudos to Black Diamond customer support.
