CST COMBAT STRIPPING TOOLDesigned by Kelly Rodriguez in Fayetteville, North CarolinaEven heroes need someone looking out for them. This one is for them. The idea for the CST™ (Combat Stripping Tool) was born during a deployment as a combat medic assigned to a Forward Surgical Team in Northern Afghanistan. During intense life-and-death situations, sometimes trauma shears simply wouldn’t get the job done, so Kelly L. Rodriguez designed this utility blade to pick up the slack. When everything is on the line, the CST™ is there to take control.Utility Blade for Cutting Fabric During Emergency SituationsOxygen WrenchBuilt In Measuring Scale$29.99

So presumably that knife uses what we over here would call a Stanley knife blade..... which I think is quite clever. That front cover doesn't look overly secure though I would imagine that if that fell off and the blade came out inside the clothing you're trying to cut, that might complicate the issue somewhat

A DE razor blade seems a very odd choice of cutting edge for cutting through potentially heavy garments
