Age of older J. A. Henckels "SAK" Army knife

Hello!

New member here!

I just picked up an Army knife made by J. A. Henckels and I wonder if anyone might have some information of it´s age?

One handle has a crack and the large blad has a chip in it but I still like it very very much. Apart from a large knife blade and the old style can opener, it has a screw driver and bottle cap opener, a spike and a cork screw.

The old style can opener and the way the cork screw is made leads me to believe it´s fairly old but at the same time it doesn´t "feel" that old, if you get what I mean.

According to a book I have seen scans from, the tang stamp was used in the late 1800´s but I doubt my knife is that old.

Anyone with more knowledge about it?

Jim
