Not for me.  I've carried work keys on a retractable chain and they do get snagged on stuff.  Not a huge problem if they're on a chain, but I can see problems with them not actually attached to you.

Dang that's a pretty strong magnet. Looks like a good way to unintentionally scratch whatever car's fender I'm working when it latches on unexpectedly. Kinda neat though.

What happens when you get too close to steel furniture including plenty of supermarket shelving?

The spot chosen for the first scene in the advertisement (left front pocket) means there's the risk of messing with your watch as well.

I really like the idea of magnets but they interfere with so much of our technology.

Also she should put the magnet inside the baby and stick the baby on the rail while she safely opens the door  :whistle:
