Hi - could someone remind me what the procedure is to send a SAK to Victorinox for a service from the UK? Can I send it direct to Victorinox or do I have to go through Burton McCall (UK distributor)? Could someone PM the address to send it to? Is there a form I need to print off and fill-in? How is payment made? Thanks!
Basically I just received this used Technician (one of two I bought recently, this one will be a user, the other one is still on it's way to me from the US and is NIB, for the collection), and want to get Victorinox to give it a service and to replace the main blade (-only), as it's very scratched-up and the point is blunted, the tools are fine, though. Thanks!
