That's the correct answer.  Though stainless and BO are not the only flavors.

That's it.  They do a pretty deep discount on occasion, which is when I grabbed them.

Yeah I got the plated pocket pocket clip and landyard ring off them last year, look good on my BO Surge and Tti

C  Light bright colour whenever possible.  Makes it much easier to see if you put it down or drop it, so less likely to get lost.

You got to, got to, mix the gold and black together. Gold pliers and black handles would be pretty dope!

Oh, and, black Oxide...

I've never owned a BO multi, but I've heard good things. Stainless gets my vote as of right now.

I am a recent convert to black Oxide and I can say I really really enjoy it actually. I'd probably buy my next multitool in BO too if that says anything.  :tu:

I used to say SS too but now I'm like

I usually don't carry BO tools (the Million Post LM Surge being the exception) and I usually stick to stainless tools.  I don't like paying more for a BO version that is going to get worn off and scratched up faster.

I know the coatings are better than they used to be, but I don't really do a lot of ninja stealth operations behind enemy lines these days, so I don't really need the non-reflective benefits of BO.

What about night ops into the kitchen after everyone is in bed to cut open a bag of Cheetos?

I like both.  I carry both.  Theres something very appealing to my eye the shiny Spirit, I polished my Wave as a result.  BO is also very appealing to my eye.  No night ops for me either but it just looks great.  I say get one of each.

The reason all my night-ops are disastrous is because my Spirit is too shiny. I never get near the Cheeto's before I am discovered. I tried wrapping the spirit and tools in black electrician tape but it just gums everything up  :ahhh

I really love the look of black oxide. My Surge, Rebar, and Super Tool 300's and all black oxide. I only bought the ST300'S because they were both only $35 at walmart!
