SOG NIB Tool Clip ( large ) SOLD f/s

I have a NIB Sog Tool Clip for sale ( large one ).   It comes with the box and the brochure inside.   Alot of the newer multi-tools have more tools so this one is probably more for the collector.   The knife and the serrated file/saw are very solid and razor sharp - the blade says Seki Japan.   Asking SOLD $ 50.00 shipped in the U.S. ( via USPS ) or Canada.  I have lots of references if you need.  Posted over on EDC forums and CPF too.
