How about a Michael Morris friction folder?I love all his knives http://www.michaelmorrisknives.com/shop/friction-folders/
I'm interested in getting an affordable custom knife. I have semi-customs like Chris Reeve but I'm looking into getting something that's hand forged and its a folder style. Looking for something around $100 but willing to go up to $150. Not picky about steel or anything, just want a good brand that has a good warranty. Lots of good prices for Damascus and what not but questionable sources from overseas.Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
Shouldn't "custom" involve client's input on the design, material selection...? Those Michael Morris knives are made from files with added cutting edges. They are semi-hand made / production-ish at most.
There are some lovely knives on that website Gerhard
I was stunned when I realised what quality knives were being made in SA.
By SA, you mean South Africa?
If so, I really want a chunky k'roo
