It looks like your tools are laying there waiting to be harvested  Price for Rebar pliers is high though. There is a good chance you can get a full Rebar for 35 bucks on the Bay.

The parts have been harvested, exchanged, and reassembled.  The pictures are mostly pre-disassembly.  I am not familiar with parts pricing so I based it off of the other parts listing thread by Loki.  I am open to best offers for parts.
