All my axe's stuff:

- small noname hatchet renoveted with one's owen hands;
- Hultafors Classic Hunting Axe - best outdoor tool
- the biggest one, old noname axe found on the flea market and renoveted with one's owen hands - best for all hardcore tasks
- Fiskars 1500 pro

every year helps me in preparing wood to my fireplace

By hand that's impressive! It really nice work splitting though. Being a bit of a city-kid (with rural relatives) I don't do it a lot and I guess part of the charm is that I don't have to. Last year I had a session while taking care of some trees that we felled where we where three generations of men at work (no, not the land down under kind) my grandfather being 90!
