I consider a SAK as minimalist if it has 2 layers... But then again I consider the minichamp as my minimal carry because of its small size... Confusing? HahahaSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

A Climber or Super Tinker would cover all of these and 95% of my day to day 'EDC' uses, and allow me to only carry a single item, along with a light. But I don't own a Super Tinker or a Climber.

Confusing? HahahaSent from my iPhone using TapatalkI guess I am not cut out to be a minimalist since I do look at 2 layers as a minimal carry. I carried the classic SD on my keychain for decades until I got a MiniChamp II...now that is the minimum I want to carry on the keychain. Oh well...
A CT34 is as minimalist as I can get.

any of the keychain SAKs, the Ambassador and Executive, Bantam and Waiter are the SAKs I own that I'd consider minimalist carrythe Farmer is an important step-up for me and belongs to the next class, along with my Tinker, Spartan, Climber and Mountaineer/Explorer, those I consider standard carrythe final class for me would be my Champion, Handyman and Swisschamp, in what I'd consider gadget freak carry
