Vic warranty?

So, I have an Executive whose scales won't go back in after i popped them off 
Also I bought it used and it the large blade's tip is bent... Now, I do want to repair it, but I don't know if they'll accept it under warranty.
Do any of you guys have any similar experiences?

I've personally never used their warranty before but I have heard nothing but good things.

Even if the damage isn't covered it wouldn't be much to repair it.
