I was coming back from my morning walk when this young doe came crashing through the woods behind our property. She was quite winded but not spooked with me. I was standing there snapping some pics trying to figure out what had her spooked. We do have coyotes in the neighborhood but  thought that unlikely. I followed her a little ways trying to get better pics until she eventually took off.

I was still standing there when I heard footsteps crunching on the other side of the treeline. I couldn't get any pics but there was a huge buck following the doe obviously trying to catch her. It's rutting season after all  ;)
