Sad story re our Flair, I say our because it was mine until she poached it.
Anyway, she used it to fix something for a friend outside a supermarket where it was placed on the car roof and momentarily forgotten.
A couple minutes down the road she remembered and by the time she found it so had a few passing vehicles.
She mumbled something about a broken fork prong but hasn't yet handed it over for inspection.
Arrgh...

Yep, it seems being run over by vehicles doesn't seem to do MTs much good at all :(

I once won a mint purple Squirt P4  on US ebay (quite a rare colour, let alone in mint condition), similar story, the seller packaged it up ready to send, then left it on the roof of her car and drove off.  By the time she retrieved the package it had been run over several times, causing quite a bit of damage to the (previously pristine) scales.  She apologised profusely, refunded my money and sent me the tool anyway.   I was disappointed   , but had to put it down to "smurf happens".

Haven't checked into the old school thread in a while. Some very nice looking LMs, y'all!

I got the LM 4" classic styles together. The old school stuff definitely pockets better! The enclosed tools 4" style LMs are some of my favs. Mini makes a cameo too.  :)
