Random SAK mod idea

If the inside edge of the can opener was to be sharpened, it would work as a package opener.
Would it eventually dull from opening cans? Maybe, if you open cans often enough.  :think:

Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of your EDC or a component of the EDC that got used during the course of the day for thirty (30) consecutive days. For each of the 30 days, or for as many as you are able to, post a picture of: Progress- Meals- Activities- Gear and participate in the thread and encourage each other. Participate and contribute in Challenge thread and post a photo of either an Axe, MT/Folding knife or Fixed blade (picked at the beginning of challenge) for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a photo of the pen for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a photo of the multitool for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a photo of the multitool for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a photo of the 111mm sak for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participants shall carry and use one Soldier knife, the model of their choosing, for the duration of the 90 days and post a picture each day.

Already did that. If you are handy with a dremel I recommend it!  :tu:
And I don't see why it would dull. That bit doesn't touch the can.

Did it on both sides, and its sharpest at the very tip(enough to bluntly cut paper). I could have made it sharper all along, but I'm happy.


Be careful not to touch the lip or something with the dremel, you'll end up with a tiny shiny spot.  :rofl:

I was thinking of a dremel for a while, looks like I'm paying the store a visit.
