Pin sizes for 91mm are: 2.5mm for the outer pins and 2.2mm for the inner pins...

Unfortunately, I've never worked on a SAK with bail... won't be able to address you on the bail pin size...

Which blade to use depends on the blade tang thickness... just get a matching one...

Just to get things straight:
"Outer pins" are the 2 on the outsides of the SAK, "inner" is the one that holds the awl/corkscrew?

HEY Mech-ster!
I was goin with "OUTSIDE" pins = Pivot pins  /pin the blades/tools rotate on
"INNER" Pin = the CENTER or SPRING holding Pin

Thanks AGAIN , Jaya  8) ..........
I am guessing here ..... But I think the BAIL pin is same 2.5mm just runs through scale and bail and is peened. ANYBODY KNOW DIFFERENT?  ???

I will prolly tear into it tonite.  :D

An old pioneer might do it...
But then again, I'd hate butchering a pioneer...
Then yet again, they can be (re)bought brand new, unlike this SAK...

Glad I'm not in your shoes buddy! I hate choices like that...

Didn't the thinning of the blades start in the '90/'00? Then shouldn't something like an '80-ies donor would do the trick while not having the same collectable value?

If thicknesses is the only problem you could make a spacer.

Honestly, The main blade doesn't look that bad if you don't feel like you can do it yourself you can take it to a knife shop and have them reprofile and resharpen it. Have them do the small blade as well. It will only take then a few minutes to it freehand on a belt sander. polish the blades first before taking it in.

I think Alcohol, Tabacco and Firearms should be a convenience store, not a government agency.
