If you quote a post with a hyperlink you'll see how the code is written, that's how I learn how to do stuff.  :)
But how do you show the codes as names?

In this case, you need to have the url BBCode with the actual URL inside, followed by the alias, or text to be displayed.
I added the spaces inside the brackets so you could see the format that creates the named link. As can be seen above, only the "Huntsman" between the brackets is displayed.
