Multitool with easy access ("manual assist"?) to blade?

I have many Leathermans (Chrunch, Signal, Charge, Skeletool..) and Victorinox (Swisstool, Cybertool...), but I miss easy access to the blade. Spring assisted blades are not allowed in Sweden, so I don't want that.
I have a Buck Knives Flashpoint with SafeSpin mechanism that opens by release a button and a flick with my hand (one hand). I don't even touch the blade to open it. I love this mechanism!

1. What is this kind of mechanism called? Manual assist?
2. Are there a multitool with features like the multitool I have, but with the easy open mechanism like Buck knives SafeSpin?

I have tried to search the forum for a half year for this issue, but I don't know how to find this information. Greateful for help.

I don't curently know of any but would be interested too.
If it's out there and worthy of note/ use some one here will know about it.

Welcome Thomas

I don't believe there are any MT's that have such a feature.

SOG Blacktip has something that helps flips the blade out.

So does the SOG Power Assist and Reactor.

Unfortunately he said that Assisted blades are not permissible in Sweden, so that rules out the Reactor, PowerAssist, Blacktip and Crucial FAST

Thanks all for help... I feel I had to add some things...

My whiches:
1. I want a light EDC.
2. Main features: knifeblade, plier AND carabiner. Carbiner makes it easy to attach to my trousers...

Leatherman Skeletool still in the game, but Leatherman Signal is too heavy. Gerber Crucial is also on but not SOG Reactor that has no carabiner.

3. Fast opening of knifeblade like SOG Reactor / Buck knives flash.

So now Skeletool is gone because of the slow blade opening... Gerber crucial as well. How about Gerber Crucial FAST? Does it have carabiner? Is it still possible to buy?
What other multitools are awailable? Prefearable on Amazon or Ebay?
Is there other brands than Leatherman, Gerber, SOG that has interesting tools?

Today I switch between the Buck knife and Leatherman Signal. Buck knife for EDC, but when I need more tools than just two, I usually choose the Signal and some bits in the nylon sheath.

Could I get some more help / advice?

There are some other brands around, but I'm having serious trouble thinking of a tool that fits your criteria. The Crucial F.A.S.T. doesn't appear to have a carabiner. I don't know if it's discontinued, but it isn't in stock on Gerber's official site. Not a good sign.

Well, I can only think of a few tools that have those characteristics. You should see if any of the tools below would suit your needs or a combination of two of them would be nice.

Carabiner: LM Skeletool, LM Crater knives, Gerber Crucial, Gerber Curve

Clip: all the above + LM Wave, LM Surge, LM Wingman, LM Sidekick, Paul Chen Multitasker, OUTU Multitool, CRKT Zilla, CRKT Bivy, CRKT Guppie, SOG Switchplier, SOG Poweraccess, SOG Reactor, JEEP/Piranha MT

Assisted/Quick blade: SOG Reactor (AO), SOG Powerassist (AO), SOG Blacktip, Gerber Crucial FAST (AO), Gerber Octane, LM Wave, LM Skeletool, LM Wingman, LM Surge, LM MUT, LM OHT, LM Sidekick, Gerber MP1, Bucktool, CRK Zilla, CRKT Bivy, Gerber Octane, Gerber Bullrush, Gerber MP800, MP700, Strata, Kershaw A100

The LM Crater, SOG Blacktip and Kershaw A100 do not have assisted opening blades, but they have other methods (Blade Launcher, Spring...) that allow to open the real quick and fast, smoothly
