Kind of sad.

I just got a new Space Pen in raw brass and have been really enjoying it. It just started to patina and take a look of its own. I reached to grab it from the place I always carry it and it's not there! I know I lost it. I looked everywhere and it's no where to be seen and the pocket I keep it in was unbuttoned. I had been taking my jacket off and on all day so it almost certainly fell out. I'm not going to lie, I'm pretty sad about it.  :twak:

Ive had two polished chrome ones and lost both and found one.. they are hard to keep up with!! Hope you find yours!

I managed to hang on to a chrome one for years, then one day it was gone.   I was seriously heartbroken over it.  I totally feel your pain.

Fishers suffered horribly with me. Most got lost on the first day of carry.

The two survivors stay in belt pouches with my outdoors/shooting SAKs
There is no beginning,or ending,and for this we are thankful,cos now is hard enough to understand!

Do you have a car?  If so, there is a 79.8% chance that the space pen is between the seat and the center console, way down low where the seat bolts to the floor.  You'll have to get in the backseat with a flashlight and look for it.  Right there next to the desiccated McDonald's french fry.

I had a chrome space pen that was a Christmas gift from a very dear friend who has since passed on.  I kept it on my key chain and one day I went to grab it and only found the top still attached to my keys.  I was heartbroken more for losing my everyday reminder of who gave it to me than for the pen itself.  I agree with powernoodle, check the car.

Loosing is one thing, it falling out of a pocket or whatever at work and someone not asking whose item it is is not cool.  I sure hope they come to their senses and turn it in.

I know the feeling. I lost a black bullet pen a couple of years ago, and was really bummed by it.
