What kind of sharpening system do you use?

My newly acquired LM Core got me thinking about sharpening.
Its blades were both terrible, like those dull cheap MTs you get, with barely an edge to work with. I worked on the PE blade with the Victorinox pocket sharpener and it's now pretty good.
I am not confident on the serrated blade. I can run it along my finger and it barely leaves a mark, let alone draw blood. Plus it'll take too long to sharpen every dull SAK blade I have. Plus my cheapos maybe.

Do you recommend anything for these? Is there anything a novice can use without butchering a blade?
Or maybe send my items to someone experienced, for a fee?

Anyone down under (preferably NSW) who might be willing to do it can pm me, I'll see how many blades there are so I can get a quote.

The Spyderco Sharpmaker is probably one of the easiest most versatile sharpeners for serrated blades there is IMO :like: and also great for PE blades as well as scissors and can be turned into different types of sharpeners by placing it in different places on the base :tu:
