10  - my youngest son's 16th birthday.

Olight S Mini Baton.  Awesome lights - small, multi-level output (including blindingly bright and strobe) with plenty of aesthetic appeal.

Toppings for the dinner

I have been cutting cable ties and doing some minor fixes on gear at work. No pictures, but it wasn't that spectacular ::)

Found'em on the same store I got the ones for the MP800 time ago. A local hardware business in one of the city's poorest streets, on the "bad suburbs" so to speak.
I try to avoid such streets but it was a bright, sunny day and there's a second hand/used stuff market every weekend near that place, so I used it as an excuse to get there.

Same guy who sold me the last ones for the Legend!

That's some nice work!

I cut a lot of zip ties at my job and gerber scissors are super stout. Side cutters aren't always handy and these things chew through cable ties. The Leatherman Surge scissors the probably the only thing stronger I can think of... Maybe one of the larger SOG MTs?

Nothing like getting stuck with a crummy stand. :-\ Cause you know somebody else grabbed the good ones.

Day 11

The MP tool kit. The unique sheath that holds extra screw driver bits and a bit holder behind the pouch for the tool was a deciding factor for me when I bought it.  Note, there's a patina on the bit holder while the MP tool has zero rust after all these years.  One of the first things I did when I got it was to hand polish the tool inside and out with Flitz metal polish with Teflon, and while I have repeated the treatment a couple of times over the years, I never did the bit holder. The Teflon works. They started out the same color!

I really like my other MP600, the blunt nosed one was much better for my needs so I sold my NN BO MP600 and other NN tools.
I think I'm going to try and blunt-nose the Pro Scout for this challenge as well...
