You can't just show that without an explanation.     Glad you still seem to be in once piece.   :tu:

Yeah, what he said.  What happened?

Edit:
I just found your post in the edged tools section.  https://forum.multitool.org/index.php/topic,71858.0.html
9 stitches huh?  Bet that's going to leave a mark.  Just remember, Pain is temporary, Glory is eternal, and chicks dig scars.

I guess what I slightly miss is the whole process of being forced to take and upload pics.  Since the Challenged ended, I've been rocking a BO Swisstool.

I go through phases of carrying an MT, and phases of not.  I carry a Gerber about 20% of the time, mostly an MP600 or Diesel.  They are the same size and weight.  The Gerbers are, in my view, an acquired taste because they don't have the high level of design and manufacturing sophistication of a Victorinox or even Leatherman.  I've previously compared the Gerber lineup to an AK-47.  Each gives the impression that it was designed and constructed by deranged monkeys, but they are also absolutely reliable and bulletproof.  The Gerbers certainly work, but it takes just a little more effort than with a Victorinox to deploy the tools.  Deploy the plier, open the body, pull out the driver or blade, close the body, and (usually) retract the plier.  Then reverse after you are done.  Gerbers would probably be last on my list if I had to choose just one MT, but they do grow on you.  I own in the range of 7-10 of them, and am considering buying a bladeless 600 - just because.

Weird, I carry my modified MP600 about 80% of the time. Adding a pocket clip to the MP600 made a huge difference in EDC-ability to me. As for quality of tools... well, I love the quick one-handed deploy pliers on the MP600. The tools are a little more difficult to get at, but the handles are smooth and don't hurt when I really bear down. The jaws open wide enough on the blunt nose model to grab a stuck garden hose, and the handles don't open super far, so I can actually one-hand said garden hose. There are precious few multitools that can handle that. The tools themselves are bulletproof. I can't see breaking anything. The scissors work very well, the blades and drivers are robust, and the can opener works as good as, or better than, a victorinox.

The drivers are short, but there's a bit kit for the tool which mitigates that somewhat. For robustness and reliability, I can't think of another tool I'd rather use. I'm always out in the garage working on something or welding something. I've dropped my MP600 probably a hundred times, directly onto concrete, from workbench height. And it barely has a mark on it. I can't think of another tool that could survive that sort of abuse ove and over again, tools open or closed, and not be damaged in any way shape or form. All the crash landings just give the black oxide coating more character.

Charles.
