Thanks Vicman and Bill! Here's the finished product, the second Swisschamp built!
End of season cleanup for my pellet stove. Inline Philips to the rescue!
Quote from: Barry Rowland on April 22, 2017, 12:55:45 AM Thanks Vicman and Bill! Here's the finished product, the second Swisschamp built! I'm going to be hyper critical here Barry and ask whether future occupants might prefer richly detailed fascia work and balconies swiss-chalet style. I bet they would ?
Thanks! It's literally a picket toolbox. I need to get a socket set for it and we'll be close to unstoppable . My youngest used the caplifter for its intended purpose today.
Used the small blade to open a new toy !!!
In time Bill! For now, another use for the parcel hook. I used the hook to open up a box containing a pen for our puppy to play in. The hook removed the packing staples with no problem! I then used the hook to pull the fencing from its box.
I started using the small blade to cut open packages way back when I worked in a small drug store and we got our shipments of goods in. Back then all I had was my Huntsman and I wanted to save my large blade. I've carried the habit with me all these years. Back then, newspapers still came bundled in plastic cord, but that was a few years prior to the parcel hook!
Swisschamp with my "oven squirrel". You use the tail as a handle and the ears to pull a hot oven rack towards you. The front legs push the rack back.
Thank you!! I'm enjoying your challenge! I went from the minimalist challenge to this.... one extreme to another!
It sure is, but I thought it was a good time to give it a go! To be honest, I really miss packing my Spartan! It did everything I needed in a nice, compact package
Break in the weather, so I'm working with my son in some home improvement! He planes down old pallet lumber for paneling.
