:like:  Now that I think about it, I rarely use the caplifter on bottles, it's generally something similar to what you're doing there!

Thanks Poncho!  I agree Lisa, the screwdriver tips see more use than the original intended purpose of the tool here too.  I think I've actually used the cap lifter and can opener more on bottles and cans for this thread than I have in years!

Good use for the cap lifter Barry.  I mostly use the caplifter as a light pry bar, but I also have used it to tighten screws. Once in a while it actually gets used for opening caps. :like:

I agree Bill.  It's the model they issue at my son's school, built to withstand the rigors of a classroom of 11 year olds

I'm keen to see what Barry gets up to with the corkscrew ! It can't just be opening a bottle of vin rouge for dinner surely?

In time Bill! For now, another use for the parcel hook.  I used the hook to open up a box containing a pen for our puppy to play in.  The hook removed the packing staples with no problem!  I then used the hook to pull the fencing from its box.

Here's my furry family Lisa!  The large guy is King Arthur and the pup is Ursula.  They're Old English Sheepdogs and are actually brother and sister, one litter apart.

 Thanks Poncho and Vicman!!  I wound up having to redo a section of that playpen this morning.  Using the parcel hook, I pulled the stakes out in the process.  The pic isn't the best, but I had my hands full  :D

I hope to be able to post some pics tomorrow from a hike I'm going on with my youngest and his boy scout troop.  If I have signal for my phone, I'll post them; if not, I'll be sure to on Sunday.
