The best keychain OPMT
on: March 29, 2017, 10:25:49 PM
I tried too many OPMT, none of can top these two.
They take up no space, not  :pok: , They don't offering too many functions but they work flawlessly for what they intended to do.

The ST300 philips would be a lovely addition o my keys. Granted, it only serves one function, but it does it beautifully. Also, it fits PH1 and 2 screws, so maybe its multi-use after all.

The drivers off ST300 are definitely much better, but also bigger and heavier on keys.
For light duty tasks, I like the one off Micra.

From most SOG multitools and can be bought on it's own. https://www.sogknives.com/everyday-carry/accessories/bottle-opener-medium-screwdriver-1.html

Nice idea!  :tu:
Hooked, like everyone else. ;)

All hail the hook!

I like it a lot, it functions well as cap lifter, flathead driver and a mini prybar.
All its edges are nicely rounded off, not pokey like Leathermans drivers.

Nice review, I'm usually not one for stuff on my keychain but this seem very unobtrusive and useful. I appreciate the steer.

When I say use it as prybar, I meant popping lids off paint cans, taking out staples etc.

How well does it work for that compared to a longer key chain prybar?
And would it be possible for you to post a comparison pic with the vic bottle opener? Please? :)

The SOG is slightly smaller.

For prybar, longer = better, that is just Physics

It is also useful for clean finger nails with the hook, and unlocking internal doors.
