It is a watchmaker's knife. This one is the higher club edition model featuring lizard skin. There were other leather/colours available. The Minathor also came in different scales.

The leather is thin overall. Not sure how it would hold up to EDC, but I would imagine it should be durable enough.

Nice knife.
I saw many times those knives advertised on ebay probably by the same german company, and always wondered why (at that time, don't know now) it was excluding Germany and Europe from the sale.
Any reference on the box?
Does it says "Schweizer & Schcepf" or "S&S" somewhere?
This was supposed to be the company that made the leather inserts on the scales and the knives pouch.
