Utility Knife Collection.
on: June 27, 2019, 02:37:07 AM
It has been some time that I posted some photos of my utility knife collection. What prompted me to do so today was several purchases recently that drove home an observation. For quite some time, I have resisted buying several utility knives as I had thought I already had them in my collection. However, today, I found several at a steep discount. I bought a few different models figuring that the worst case scenario would have me adding a few more knives for jury duty at the house. This all changed once I brought them home and compared them next to their older version. The newer ones are shockingly made a lot cheaper than the older versions. Enough so that they are different enough from the older models to merit being a part of the collection.

Anyways, here is just taken shot of the collection.

If I had to pick one...it would have to be the steel and wooden knife seen in the second drawer...second row...second knife from the right. Just a super comfortable that one.

Great assemblage Chako! Here is one I picked up the other day.Handles are aluminum powdered coated and it features a button lock that works in the open and closed position. For $4 I wasn't going to pass it up.

That's pretty cool! :tu:   I would have guessed one with a larger handle. :D

Thank you sir. I don't normally carry a utility knife but this one has found it's way into my pocket for a little while anyway.

A utility knife makes a great EDC because the blades are replaceable.
