Who NEEDS a Spartan?

Hey people!
I've got a few used Spartans and Tinkers laying around and before I fed them to the eBay wolves I wanted to see if ANYONE around here earnestly needs a Tinker or Spartan.   I know most of you probably have NIB Spinkers from 1937 but if you or anyone close to you is in actual need of a Tinker or Spartan please let me know and I will send one your way free of charge.  Most of them are in good shape. I would rather it go to someone who will actually appreciate than someone offering a buy-now of $1.17 for a perfectly good, lifetime-guaranteed, piece of Swiss elegance and ingenuity.  :cheers:

I can´t say that i NEED one as well, fact is i generally can´t resist a two layer, especially the Tinker  :D That spartan with no T&T also looks great.
But i must resist...   :dwts: I'm really trying to cut down, i think o have too much stuff already.
Even yesterday i had an offer from a guy i bought some sak's before of an almost new silvertech huntsman for 20€ and i passed on it too (was difficult but i did it...  :cry:)

Other guys are right, best it those beauties go for some one (especially newbies) hwo actually NEED one and put it to good use :salute:

:hatsoff: That's very nice of you. I don't need a Spartan/Tinker (or any new SAK, to be honest), however if the are no takers here you can always spread the word among people who aren't aware of what goodness they're missing out on ;)

hello el corkscrew. I would really appriciate it if i could get my hands on one of those. I had a sak so long ago. Now iv got leathermans and what not but I love all knives equally  :drool:  and would like it for camping and general romping around. And to get better aquainted with them in general. Im a college student so budget is  :-[   air tight. Ill appriciate whatever you throw my way.

The Tinker is on my wishlist for a while and when I get the chance to pick up a Spartan I will jump on it.

That is very generous of you and as much as I want a spartan for my self I have no real need for it.

 But I have a friend who would be more than thrilled about one and after talking about his life story last night at work I thought I would get him one and then this tread pops up. But I guess you live in the US and I am on the other side of the pond with makes the postage quite high. But if he will be one of the lucky ones I can take the postage bill if PayPal work?

My Daughter lost her Tinker a few days ago. She could use a replacement if you have one to spare?
