Good one Matt, I did see a silvertech Climber at my local Target, which I thought was amazing at the time, and they also had black alox cadets, which I thought was even more amazing, these cool Vics tucked in an aisle of otherwise useless junk...

A thread for all the varieties of the iconic Victorinox Climber, and those who appreciate them!  :salute:

A place to post your Climbers, pics please!

My first contribution, a Climber RT (road tour), aka the Climber ST (soft touch) with the softened black scales.  :)

 :climber:

Now that's what I'm talkin bout!  This is my kind of club!!!
Here's El Black Climber Plus!   I never knew those scales were called "soft touch"  production years??? I only have one and it's a ruby Spartan +.  Are those + scales on there?

I think there are several soft touch years/models, not sure myself, but the Climber RT was the 2010 only Road Tour version. The RT scales are not plus versions, I haven't seen any ST plus scales come to think of it. I also have never seen nylon plus scales, but there are far more things that I don't know about, than things I do!  :D

I do like the plus scales on a Climber though, nice one El C!

It's no Climber, but we'll let El Spartan in for demonstrative purposes only.  Here are the ST Ruby + Scales in all their glory.

P.S. I've never seen nylon + scales either

How many cool Climbers here! Here is my old guy with JNOXID blade stamp. Yes, it wasn't called Climber on that time, but I think it can present here.

The Climber was one of my first SAKs. Here's one that's not very common. Black Edition. Also available the same scales in Classic and Waiter size.

El Climber II w/ German Textile Machinery ad.  I especially like this one not only for its nylon scales but I hail from the heart of the Textile producing south.

That nice bailed Climber JN posted looks like turn of the century era (er, previous century that is). I don't know when they stopped offering the bail, but I think those must be quite old, good luck in your quest for El Bail!

Nothing fancy but brings a smile to my face every time I carry it (which isn't enough TBH).

I couldn't help myself and had to include the jelly red Classic.
