ES Series?
on: April 10, 2017, 02:57:34 AM
Walmart has a couple models selling in the store inexpensively, a Classic, and a Recruit, marked as the ES series. Can't find any info on these other than what's on Walmart's site. Curious what makes them different from any other Classic SD or Recruit. The site claims "Specially tempered 420 high carbon stainless", but that could be BS. Other than that, the Recruit I picked up looks pretty normal. Cellidor handles rather than the nylon used on the econo lines. The number on the hang packaging says "XCB0.2503.ES" as model number.

Anyone got any info on the ES series?

I don't see anything about them that makes them different. Probably just the packaging...
Hooked, like everyone else. ;)

All hail the hook!
