Does this old one count? It's 91mm though.
And it has an old cap lifter. With nail nick on the wrong side.

I keep an executive in el jacket pocket and a Waiter in the kitchen drawer.   The Waiter sees a lot of action in the kitchen and I kind of neglect el Executive because I'll usually have pants on if I'm wearing a jacket... and if I have pants on then you can bet there will be a SAK in the pocket. In summary, the Waiter has earned a special place as my no-pants SAK.  :rofl:
