Start on the backside with the corkscrew side facing up... drill the holes using 2.5mm and 2.2mm drill bits respectively... gently loosen and remove to bushing for later use...I use nail punches to tap out the pins slowly... do this layer per layer so that it will be easy to lay out all the parts... easier this way to remember which goes where... that's how I took this pic(Image removed from quote.)Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

You said school right? Do you have a shop there? You can make those bushings but not the same as the original.
