New Scissors Problem

Hi guys i got a replacement Gerber Dime Travel but on this one the scissors are great until i try to fold them back in as they get stuck on a protruding pin? Any ideas would be GREATLY appreciated!
Just keep prepping!

Can you post pics of the issue?

Without seeing it, I couldn't guess if it's fixable without sending in for warranty.
