This is a little Micra-sized MT marked 'Smith & Wesson' that I ran into. The 1998 patent number is held by a Taiwanese firm (as opposed to mainland China) and is based on an original Leatherman patent. There is no "Made in..." stamp. Medium quality, but it is cute.
