I broke the lens on my Thrunite T10T a couple of months ago and have only just got round to trying to find a replacement.  No luck with buying one from the obvious places, so I emailed Thrunite customer services to see if I could purchase one direct from them.  24 hours and a few emails later and they're sending me a complete new light in the post.  :o

That's above and beyond IMO and great to hear. :hatsoff:  I've got quite a few of their lights now and it's nice to know they look after their customers.

Replacement light arrived today. :tu: Very impressed with the speed of service and the way it was handled. Would definitely go recommend Thrunite.

Very good news.

Have a few Thrunites (headlamps are the most used). None have had any problems, but it's nice to know they stand behind their product. :salute:

Indeed, that is great news.  I recently obtained a Thrunite light for the MTO Store, and it was the first time I've ever handled one.  It feels like a great light, but it's nice to hear the company looks after their customers too.
