Welcome, and my advice is stay away from the "collect all the different variants of each model" rabbit hole.
That way lies mental and financial ruin   ;)  :pok:

Even with what seems like a simple model such as the PST there are so many different variants, and some of the older ones are both very hard to find and very expensive (orginal Cabela's catalogue variant, I'm looking at you ! ).  And Juices aren't much better, while Charges can be dear indeed .....

I won't provide links to some of the threads discussing such variants for fear it may tempt you from the straight and narrow path ....

Keep it simple (and less expensive) and only collect different models (if you can).

My first goal is to have at least one of each of the different models. I may slowly work towards variances in each model later.

Very nice collection.  I have to also agree with Greg.  Those darn PSTs lead to JPSTs and then all the other wonderful variations.

Welcome.

Good luck in trying to collect them all. I gave it a good go. There are still some items missing from my collection such as a 10th anniversary gold plated PST, or all those camo juices from Australia. I have stopped trying to complete the collection...and I am happier for it.  :)

I love these "Show off your collection of <WHATEVER>".

Everyone takes pics of their knives or tools or flashlights and posts them with a list of all the items.

Then Chako appears and nobody else posts anything...

That sounds eerily like myself when I first started this wonderful journey. I had assumed I might end up with 12 different Leathermans top. Well, when you get deeper, you start realizing that Leathermans come in all different collectible variants.

Chako, what's the non-Leatherman-looking multitool that sits in the drawer next to the Sidekick and the LM Yellow toy, in the very left?
Thanks

Chako, as always very impressive pictures  :tu:
I saw some interesting item - standard modern 4" nylon sheath, but in digital camo color (marked arrow and red ring on picture below).

Maybe I missed something, but I didn't see it before. It's a part of some limited edition set or just usual replacement sheath? Where you bought it?
If possible, add larger photos of this camo sheath from both sides.

That is not a Leatherman. It is a solutions multitool that has a slider mechanism. I got it from a fellow member. I placed it there because at the time it was the easiest spot to store it.

That camo sheath is one of several in that drawer that where sold only at the factory store in Oregon.

Do they often offer unique items at the factory store, or is it much more rare occurrence? I pop into the retail store by airport way when heading to the airport a few times a year.

Amazing collection and thanks for sharing. Your tool chests are truly spectacular! Epic collection. Not sure someone has one better  :o :tu: :salute: :multi:

From what I gather, yes, they do offer unique items at the factory store from time to time. I have several sheaths, and a few factory error items that came from that store.
