[TRADED] Spanking new Wave up for trade

I sent in my Blast and two Micras in for warranty service a couple weeks ago and I thought I read that Leatherman had substituted the Rebar for them in the past but alas, they sent me out two brand new Micras and a new Wave. I suppose I should keep it but I can't shake the want for something else. You all probably have Waves but if someone want to suggest a trade I'm all ears.

If you want something in the heavy-duty line that is a bit different I have a Craftsman 45471 (relabelled Schrade ST5) that I'd be willing to trade for your Wave.

It is still in the US so I haven't actually seen the tool (my Id #1443), but the seller described it as "New" and in the photo on ebay it still had the original sticker around one handle, so I think it probably is.
If you are interested I can get my US agent to confirm.

Thank you for your offer, that tool looks pretty cool! Unfortunately this is not something I am sure I want, so I will have to respectfully decline. If you have any LM tools (BO or Squirt or Micras) you might want to part with we can try again. Thanks and good luck. :)

Not trying to talk you out of trading or selling g but if you liked the Blast then the Wave tool wise is very similar :tu: You should give it a try first and then if you don't like it, trade it :whistle:

Also a price (as Mags suggested) and what you might want to trade for would be more helpful to other members so they could see if they had anything you wanted or could just buy it outright :tu:

I can't edit my original post so I guess I'll just write here. I'm not all that interested in a straight sale, I'd rather trade. I'm looking for:
Pulse
Flair
Core
ST 300
Rebar
All of the Squirts
Any Micras in good condition
Almost anything in BO
Nothing with a Cap crimper
Not really interested in SOG or Gerber
Victorinox is somewhat welcome
I guess as far as dollar amount goes I consider the tool worth between $80 and $90. Like i said it is spanking new from the factory with the nylon sheath. Literally the only thing i have done with it is tighten the screws in my glasses once. Ill put up some pics when i fi d a photo-shrinking app as I don't have access to a computer. Thanks for the tip gentlemen, I hope this is helps all the lookers.

No problem   :)  I don't have anything you are interested in the US, and shipping from Oz to the US is too costly to make a trade practical.  Good Luck with your trade   :tu:

Interesting - I have a Blast that my father gave me before he passed in November. I've been thinking about sending back to the mothership since it has a broken screwdriver. Nothing really sentimental about it (it's just at tool anyways) - I wonder if they will switch it out too?

Well you have the option at the outset to say wether or not them replacing the tool is something you want to happen. If you are ok with them replacing it, I have no doubt they would without hesitation as long as you don't tell them you are not the original owner.
