Serrated Windsor?
on: December 10, 2018, 09:04:30 PM
Here is a strange question. I was looking at a Victorinox Windsor in my collection today, and I noticed that the blade has what appear to be tiny serrations. Rather like how Wenger scissors have micro serrations along the cutting surface. Has anyone ever seen anything like this? I tried to take pictures, but I can't get my camera to focus properly for the tiny serrations to show up. Is it possible that this is a result of some previous owner's sharpening, or did anything like this ever come from the Victorinox factory? I would assume this was the work of a previous owner, except they do bear a striking resemblance to Wenger's scissors.
