I thought WM1 was made more as a female hunting knifeI find that charm and wit are the better armaments for that. good looks and a healthy bank balance help too apparently. Nah, like every problem, it can be solved with duct-tape.

Quote from: ThePeacent on May 14, 2017, 05:09:42 PMWell, out of my 6 or 7 EDC fixed blades that I have/had I think the Mora is the smallest, but it is definitely nice, easy and comfortable to carry.Steel lends itself to be used and easily resharpened, very rust resistant, sheath is excellent in retention and can be carried IWB or outside the belt, also has a drainage hole and is impervious to the elements. Handle is very ergonomic, weight is barely noticeable, IMO.I recommend it!And your other EDC fixed blades are?

Er... Did anyone mention the Candiru? I just thought of it out of the blue.

Hard to choose when you cannot hold the Candiru / Izula / Izula 2 in your hands and really compare them. So, still a bit reluctant to dive into a decision.

Hard to choose when you cannot hold the Candiru / Izula / Izula 2 in your hands and really compare them. So, still a bit reluctant to dive into a decision. That is the biggest annoyance that came with the growth of online shopping and decline of brick and mortar shops.I've never fondled a Candiru either, but it does come with a plasticky sheath of some sort, and the (optional) handles look pretty nice. With handles I think I like it more than the Izula, best I can tell from pics. But if you were going to stick skeletal or use a wrap, the Izula wins. Frankly I think they both look pretty sweet, so...
unusual colors seem to sell well for some companies. I remember people wanting to see the Becker Necker in all sorts of colors

Victorinox Alox colors and the Classic series are extremely popular. I get lots of compliments and inquires for my light-blue Benchmade Mini-Griptilian. Still, most knives come in tacticool BLACK, too bad, I like color.

At their price I can only dream of Fällknivens. Also goes for Bark Rivers and a few others. I am enjoying testing the Izula though.

I suspect it would also cost an arm and a leg
(Image removed from quote.)I'm liking this CRKT a good bit. Fits easily in the pocket with no headaches, doesn't feel large or annoying.
these have been carried and used for the last years, mostly as EDC blades in addition to folding knivesThey are all very easy to carry and light weight, and I'd recommend them all (Image removed from quote.)
