My wife is carrying her blue Victorinox Classic Sailor (a gift from me) in sheath sitting inside her bag with other stuff: wallet, keys, cell, lipstick etc. The sheath is cheapo, but at least protects scales from scratching.
From time to time I have taken an old pair of jeans and cut enough material from the bottom of a pants leg keeping the bottom seam and made a pocket just big enough for a SAK and then sewn it between the front right pocket and right rear pocket on a pair of jeans keeping the seam even with the top of the right rear pocket.It blends in with the other pockets and you don't even notice that you are carrying a knife.
Prisoners might get anal-retentive with their sak-s...
