Was just looking through a junk drawer, found this blade, handle has long been busted and tossed out. Got some knifes about 12 years ago from infomercial(which I would never do again, was a long time ago and I have learned my lesson), while it doesn't claim to be any high end steel I certainly didnt expect to see this when I turned it over:





So when you see those guys hawking their brand on late night TV, claiming what a deal it is, remember this pic and buy a decent knife

I have no idea what this is paint or some electroplating? either way its a horriible way to pass off a knife as steel

That looks pretty random eh. Bolt a handle to it and use it as a thrower. Or sell it on the bay as uber rare.
