I really like what you did with the serrated blade.  Does it stick out at all?  can you put up a picture of it all closed up?
Do you open bottles with the can opener or do you improvise with something else?   ???

For the serathet blade i file down a litle bit to go into da handle.

i open botles with can opener no problems at all.

And a minor update - brand new blade orginal Leatherman 154CM STEEL.

With this type a mod i,m the first one !

not problem for me but i measure how much exactly is it.

the story behind the project.
I use EDC SURGE + Bits, and about new year i start looking for knife for edc, i whant to have some tool`s.
after month seein some victorinox, wenger, gerber i deside that there not for me, and start to thinkin for this type of mod, for one day i deside what i whant.:

1-st , blade open one hand
2-nd saw

3- skrew driver with changeble bits
4 - flat skrewdriver ( comon use like a pry bar)
3, 4 - locked for security.

5 scisors,
6 can opener , wire striper

7 serated blade come later to fill the place left.
i don`t use this type a blade, on this toll i use like a box opener, and to cut zip tiest, and it`s usefull .

8. i whant to be clipet in my pocket, for fast and easy access.

I think for i have clear idea what i whant i make it fast and reliable.

p.s.
when i have time i make a photos describe proces ot make it possible and compromises that i make to fit all this things.
p.s.s.
in proces of work i find out that all parts ot leatherman are made by 420 HC and very well hardenet, that make it very difficul for work and must pay attention not to overheat the parts, that modified.

Hello, tool`s maniacs.
Probably in the end of this week i whait for surge new model and wave and have some spare parts.
i think it`s time for 1/2 surge,
mu 1/2 wave is super durable and usefull in manu everuday situation , its proven that is tool that i can use and abuse all around :)

what is good to have in 1/2 surge ?

I would like to do the same. Since I have a lot of miltitools and SAKs around, I would focus on the cutting/piercing/prying capabilities of this great tool. So:
1. Clip blade
2. Serrated blade OR Scissors
3. Awl
4. Big driver/prying tool
