One thing I didn't see when I bought my used MP800 was a badly sharpened and tipped blade and a busted scissor spring. I'm thinking I need to send it off on warranty.     Is it covered?  If so, how do I fill out the form?

Unless it is visable abuse, it will be covered under lifetime warrenty.
