My newest find........
on: June 19, 2017, 03:00:34 AM
Went to the flea market across the road and found this little gem. Supposedly it has been sitting there for over a year(according to the kid who was selling it).Bergeon No.5537 watch case opener with 6 adaptors designed to open cases with a striaght knurled back(think Rolex). An old price tag affixed to the box says $138.75. Doesn't look as though it has ever been used. I paid $10 for it.

Sweet score.  Can one assume you have watches that will benefit from this tool?

Yes;I have several that use this type of case back.In the past I have used a Jaxa Universal case back opener but if it is not positioned precisely it will slip and scratch the watch. I also have a Bulova case holder that grips the watch with hard rubber jaws allowing it to be worked on.

Thats great.  What a terrific find and to think it sat for so long.
