Fiber Scales Replacement

As typical, the fiber scales on my '42 Elsener M1908 are shrunk, cracked, and warped. I've seen that Vic replaces these, but only at the factory in Switzerland, which makes sense, given there aren't that many M1908s here in the good ole' USA.   If I do decide to get them replaced, would I have to send it to Connecticut first, or would it have to be all the way to Switzerland?
