Sheath for my Supertool. I put olive oil on this one, which I've just done so it might lighten up a bit. Not sure if I'll use anything else on it or leave it as is and just keep oiling it from time to time.

Hi JR, Not sure what your asking. It's wet formed around the multitool the belt loop and pouch are both "saddle" stitched I think it's called with a needle on both ends of one length of thread. It's nylon thread.

Oh my bad, I must not have been fully awake, I thought they were two diff sheaths, and the backside was a sheath for a sak, and it was the belt loop, and I asked why there was stitching at the bottom of the sak part, yet it's the loop

One small suggestion. Back stitch on both sides at least 4 to 5 holes. This Will make the sheath last a bit longer. Nice work

Thanks again Gohard. So that means on the starting side start 4-5 holes from the end stitch  to the end then go back over it yes?

You got it. It makes the end of the stitching less prone to breaking. Also, it looks neater.

Exactly. Spot on. And add one more hole at the very top.

It looks very good, but from personal experience I realized that for me it's easier to just buy one.

My newest one. Needs a bit of pocket time to get a smoother, shinnier look. It's for a Laguiole-ish knife.

Notice that I started on the 3rd hole, went all the way up, over the edge of the sheath (pic 3). Made it all the way around and on the end, I retraced 3 and 4 holes, to cut and burn the thread on the same side of the sheath, so the other side looks neater (pic 4).

Thanks Gohard and pfrsantos, I used your ideas in this one. Also used Resolene to finish over the dye.
