Have considered buying one of those too, but couldn't find one affordable.Except for that one that was stored in the middle of a forrest 20 years ago and it was barely visible because of the growing bushes around it...Would be quite an ordeal to get it out of there in 1 piece. So eventualy I was given my parent's roof tent and put that one on a home-built trailer...(Image removed from quote.)
Also; have you tested it in the rain yet?
That looks like a sweet setup !Make sure you check the wheel bearings, my brother learned the hard way on his old trailer
I've seen the bus ones but those would be way out of my budget. Also I couldnt afford the gas to drive far. But ya those are awesome!I told my wife to not be surprised if a used van ends up in out driveway if I see a deal.

I am mostly interested in a Class C, but I'd also take the right Class A. I have seen some nice older Airstreams and a few old 70's GMC motorhomes I would love to have. Something like this would do me nicely:(Image removed from quote.)It looks like I have to find a pre-2000 model though, as almost all of them produced after 2000 had slides or tip outs, and I really don't want the hassle of one of those.
