Very nice, but you realize that:
a.) You can place more than one photo in a post; and
b.) Captions are a good thing.

It is a very good thread. I just feel like I'm dong a crossword puzzle without the clues. Selfishly...I want to know more about the ones I am unfamiliar with.

a) Yes but I did it on purpose because I'm that kind of guy that spend some time looking at the EDC Post and I kind of love seen many many pictures, also showing the pictures one by one is easier to ask for reference dont you think?

b) I will work on that...  :tu:

Great thread, thanks Aloha for posting it!

As of Oct. 13 2018, this is what Leatherman offers in store.

It's be nice if anyone with all the new models could post photos. This seems to be the largest collection on non-pst photos.

Chako may have more lol

Does anyone knows if the LM FLAIR fits in the PST/PST II sheath or in the new PST Heritage square brown sheath? I'm concern because of the bottle opener/corkscrew assist making the handle a bit thicker

The Flair will not fit in a PST sheath. It had it's own size which is slightly wider that also fits the Pulse. They can still be had on E-Bay if you know what to look for.

That's the problem, I wasn't sure which one is which, they look the same too me and eBay seller's don't know the difference, but from now on, I will look for a Pulse sheath.

Thanks Steve!  :salute:

Yes, it's hard when sellers don't know what they have. You'l probably never see one listed as a Pulse sheath.

Here are some side by side pics. The Pulse sheath is on the left.

Some things to look for:

The Flair/Pulse sheath will always have the rounded rivets on the back and at the bottom of the belt loop will have a little notch. Some later PST sheaths had the rounded rivets so watch out for that. The Leatherman logo is  bigger and thicker lettering with a small (R). The flap bellow the snap  is rounder at the tip than the PST sheath.

I have an extra one but I'm not sure I want to part with it.

They for sure are a much more rare bird than the regular PST sheath :ahhh If you can get pics of the actual sheath that you may buy then you are way better off and even if you end up with an old school PST sheath, they are great quality and can be resold :salute: Good luck in the search :salute: :like:
