Top is a beater with lots of blade play when not locked and some blade reprofiling. Bottom is in really good nick, came with very little use and little sharpening.
Still on my wish list, the Böker Optima with exchangeable blades. Pic from a 2011 catalog.
I think I like the shape of the Böker better. Also, Case knives are hard to come by overhere. At least for a decent price.
Thanks for your view Ray I've never really noticed the weight but then I don't use one for long periods of time or carry one very often these days due to uk laws,there mainly a camping carry,thanks for sharing your picture as well
